专利说明:
The present invention relates to a brush head for an electric toothbrush, and to an electric toothbrush equipped with such a brushing head. It relates more particularly to a brushing head adapted for the joint brushing - or simultaneous - upper and lower teeth, and in particular for the joint brushing of the inner, outer and occlusal faces of both upper and lower teeth. In the field of toothbrushes, and in particular electric toothbrushes, it is conventional to employ brushing heads comprising either a brush animated with a rotary movement, or a brush animated by a movement of vibration or vibration. back and forth. However, with such brushes, it is recommended brushing for several minutes to be complete and effective, which makes this operation too long and tedious to the taste of many people who, therefore, forward the brushing in a time reduced too short to be effective. To address this problem, it is known in particular from GB 1 331 646 a toothbrush for simultaneously brushing the upper and lower teeth, with a rotary support comprising two rotating discs supporting brush elements. Such a rotary brush is, however, ineffective for a passage of bristles between the teeth. It is also known from FR 2 849 591 A1 to use a toothbrush comprising a block in the general shape of mouthguards, made of a thermoformable material to adapt it to the morphology of the user after the have exposed to an adequate temperature. This block is provided with two opposite faces in each of which is provided an arcuate groove lined internally with brushes. Such a brush is however impractical of use having to preheat the block to subject it to the arcuate shape of the teeth upper and lower dental arches and, moreover, because of the volume of the block which almost completely envelops the dental arches upper and lower. In addition, when the brushes are worn, it is necessary to replace at least the entire block, which is prohibitive in terms of cost for users. The present invention aims to solve the aforementioned drawbacks, by proposing an electric toothbrush brushing head, which can simultaneously brush the upper and lower teeth, while being simple in design, suitable for many teething morphologies, reduced cost to manufacture and dimensions also reduced. Another object of the invention is to provide a brushing head that allows joint brushing of the inner, outer and occlusal faces of both upper and lower teeth for fast and efficient brushing. Another object of the invention is to provide a brushing head which is shaped for holding the electric toothbrush which is ergonomic and allows complete brushing without having to remove the brushing head from the mouth to reach the molars to the right and to the left. Another object of the invention is to provide a brushing head that allows to replace brushing elements without having to replace everything. For this purpose, it proposes a brushing head for an electric toothbrush, the brushing head comprising: a support comprising two lateral walls connected by a transverse wall which separates, on either side of the transverse wall, a throat upper and lower groove, wherein these side walls and the transverse wall are shaped to support, on the one hand and inside the upper groove, upper side brush elements vis-à-vis and brush elements transversal upper - for the joint brushing of the inner, outer and occlusal faces of the upper teeth - and, on the other hand and inside the lower groove, lower side brush elements arranged vis-à-vis and elements lower transverse brushes; and an oscillatory device capable of imparting an oscillatory movement to said support; wherein the support is elastically deformable to allow arcuate deformation, and has a median plane intersecting the two side walls and the transverse wall so that the support is shaped to support upper side brush elements, upper transverse brush elements, lower side brush elements and lower transverse brush elements on either side of said median plane; and wherein said oscillatory device comprises a movable part on which the support is mounted, and a drive shaft coupled to said movable part for oscillatingly driving the movable part and the support, wherein said movable part and the drive shaft are extend substantially in the median plane of the support, and the oscillatory movement comprises at least one reciprocating component in translation in a direction orthogonal to said median plane. Within the meaning of the invention, the support is shaped to allow an arcuate deformation, that is to say that the support is able to deform elastically to take an arcuate conformation, to allow the support to marry the dental arches upper and lower during the brushing, which will be performed by placing the upper dental arch inside the upper throat and the lower dental arch inside the lower throat, and then sliding the left support to right and from right to left for a brushing of all the faces of the lower and upper teeth. Thus, thanks to the flexible or elastically deformable nature of the support, it is possible to provide a support that is adapted to many dentition morphologies, because the support is adapted to deform (that is to say to arch) to marry the upper and lower dental arches during brushing. In combination with this flexible nature of the support, the positioning of the mobile part and the drive shaft of the oscillatory device vis-à-vis the median plane of the support will allow ergonomic holding of the toothbrush during all brushing , starting from the central incisors and then going to the right to the right molars (until the brushing head comes up against the commissure of the lips on the right) and returning to the left to the left molars (until that the brushing head abuts against the commissure of the lips on the left), without having to lift the support of the mouth during the entire brushing and just by sliding the support on the dental arches, previously closed on the support to form "rails" for the support which slides a little in the manner of a slide. As a result, the support can be of reduced dimensions and it suffices to slide the support along the dental arches during the brushing, to pass from the incisors to the right and left molars. In other words, once the support placed in the mouth, it no longer comes out of the oral cavity and manual brushing movement will be like a movement along a rail (here the two dental arches closed on the support) from left to right and from right to left. At the beginning of the brushing, the user bites into the support by placing the upper dental arch inside the upper throat and placing the lower dental arch inside the lower throat, so that the median plane of the support is substantially coincident with the plane of symmetry of the user (or plane of symmetry of the face or the dental arches), and then the user slides the support to the right then to the left (or vice versa) to reach the molars from the bottom In use: - The upper side brush elements will allow the brushing of the outer faces (or buccal surfaces) and inner faces (or palatal faces) of the upper teeth; - The lower side brush elements will allow the brushing of the outer faces (or buccal surfaces) and inner faces (or lingual faces) of the lower teeth; and - the upper transverse brush elements will allow the brushing of the occlusal surfaces (or masticatory faces) of the upper teeth; and - the lower transverse brush elements will allow the brushing of the occlusal faces (or masticatory faces) of the lower teeth. Then, with the invention, the coupled moving part and drive shaft, positioned substantially in the median plane, will make it possible to print on the support an effective oscillatory movement, with at least one back-and-forth component in translation in a direction orthogonal to the median plane, for a joint brushing of the inner, outer and occlusal faces of the lower and upper teeth; this component of the oscillatory movement constituting a vibrational movement which actively participates in the efficiency of the brushing. Within the meaning of the present invention, the characteristic that "the movable part and the drive shaft extend substantially in the median plane of the support" means that the moving part and the drive shaft are elongated parts. extending in respective longitudinal directions which are included in the median plane of the support with an angular freedom of ± 10 degrees vis-à-vis the median plane, or even ± 5 degrees vis-à-vis the median plane. In other words, the median plane substantially cuts the moving part and the drive shaft in their respective lengths. This positioning of the moving part and the drive shaft vis-à-vis the median plane of the support, will allow ergonomic holding of the handle of the electric toothbrush. In fact, in a situation, the handle which is parallel, or even substantially collinear, to the drive shaft, will extend in the median plane of the support, this median plane being substantially coplanar with the plane of symmetry of the face at the beginning of the brushing (support at the central incisors), so that the handle is more or less like holding an ice cream cone or a microphone, providing a particularly ergonomic and not traumatic for the arm and shoulder for the duration of the brushing; Brushing time is also greatly reduced thanks to the multiplicity of brush elements and the sliding brushing movement from right to left and from left to right. According to one variant, the median plane is a plane of symmetry of the support. In general, when the brush elements are in place on the support, upper side brush elements, upper transverse brush elements, lower side brush elements and lower transverse brush elements are arranged on each side of the support. other of the median plane, in the sense that: - a part of the upper side brush elements, the upper transverse brush elements, the lower side brush elements and the lower transverse brush elements is arranged on the right of the median plane; and another part of the upper side brush elements, the upper transverse brush elements, the lower side brush elements and the lower transverse brush elements is disposed on the left of the median plane. It should also be noted that the support is elastically deformable to allow an arcuate deformation on either side of the median plane, and in particular a symmetrical arcuate deformation vis-à-vis the median plane. According to one characteristic, the support is elastically deformable by being made at least partially in an elastically deformable flexible material. In a variant, the support is elastically deformable by being made in the form of a reinforcement or frame capable of deforming elastically. In a particular embodiment, the support is made integrally in an elastically deformable flexible material. Advantageously, the support is made in one piece in an elastically deformable flexible material. According to one possibility, the elastically deformable flexible material is of the plastic material, polymer material or elastomer material type. According to another possibility, the elastically deformable flexible material is a silicone elastomer, an isobutylene-isoprene elastomer, a synthetic or natural rubber, a polyacrylic elastomer. According to another possibility, the support is made by molding. In a particular embodiment, at least one of the lateral walls of the support has at least one groove forming a folding primer to promote an arcuate deformation, which has the advantage of promoting the flexibility of the support to fit the upper and lower dental arches during brushing. According to one possibility, the support has several grooves, contributing to increase the flexibility of the support to marry dental arches in situation. According to a variant, the or each groove is formed on an outer face and / or on an inner face of at least one side wall. According to one variant, the or each kerf extends parallel to a vertical direction orthogonal to the main (or extension) directions of the grooves described above; said principal directions of the grooves being orthogonal to the median plane. According to one possibility, the side walls and the transverse wall are made of an elastically deformable flexible material. Alternatively, the transverse wall has through-windows shaped to receive transverse brush elements having upper brushes forming the upper cross-brace elements, and opposing lower brushes forming the lower cross-brace elements. According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the upper groove and the lower groove are rectilinear grooves bordered by substantially parallel and flat side walls. As explained above, with such a support, it is not necessary to have arched grooves that contribute to increasing the size, although such arcuate forms remain possible, especially for children's dentition. In a particular embodiment, at least one of the side walls and the transverse wall has through windows shaped to receive by interlocking brush elements. Thus, the brush elements can be removed and replaced one by one without having to replace the support and the other elements of the brush head. According to one variant, the two lateral walls and the transverse wall have such through windows. According to a possibility of the invention, each window has an internal border in which is provided at least one protruding pin, or conversely at least one groove, so that each brush element can be fitted into a window by a cooperation of a tenon in a groove. Such windows are suitable in the case where each element of brushes comprises a base provided with an outer periphery in which is provided at least one groove, or conversely at least one projecting tenon, so that each brush element is fitted into a window by cooperation of the tenon in the groove. According to another possibility of the invention, the windows are provided in flexible elastically deformable walls, which makes it possible to force-mount the brush elements, with an effective and durable mechanical strength. According to another possibility, each window has on its inner edge a frame or rigid reinforcing insert in which is provided the projecting pin or the groove. Thus, it can be envisaged the possibility of positioning rigid frames or inserts that are placed in the windows (for example by an overmolding or a bi-injection molding) and which receive the brush elements to strengthen their anchors and avoid that they become disconnected according to the flexibility of the support. According to one possibility, the oscillatory movement comprises only the reciprocating component in translation in a direction orthogonal to the median plane of the support (and therefore incidentally substantially parallel to the extension directions of the two lower and upper grooves). According to one characteristic, the moving part of the oscillatory device is a rigid piece. According to a variant, the mobile part of the oscillatory device extends in a direction orthogonal to the side walls. According to another characteristic, the mobile part of the oscillatory device extends at the level of the transverse wall of the support, therefore substantially at the junction between the upper dental arch and the lower dental arch in a brushing situation, contributing to a easy handling by the user. According to another characteristic, the moving part of the oscillatory device has a mounting part which passes through the support in its side wall and which is fitted in two through mounting holes formed opposite each other in the respective lateral walls of the support, this mounting portion having, between the two mounting holes, an upper face facing the upper groove and a lower face facing the lower groove. This mounting part is thus placed in the heart - or in the center - of the support, to optimize the transmission of the oscillatory movement to the entire support. According to one possibility, the upper face and the lower face of the mounting part of the moving part support brushes; such brushes optionally extending respectively inside the upper groove and the lower groove. According to another possibility, the moving part has a coupling part in which is provided an oblong slot and the drive shaft has an upper end provided with an eccentric cam engaged in this oblong slot, so that a rotation of the drive shaft is converted into a reciprocal oscillation of the moving part and the support. This transmission of the rotation of the drive shaft in a reciprocating oscillatory movement is thus a cam-follower type transmission, the follower being the coupling part with its oblong slot. In an advantageous embodiment, the coupling portion is encased in a housing in which two opposite guide holes are provided, and the coupling portion comprises two guide fingers engaged in these guide holes, for guiding the moving part. according to the movement back and forth. In a particular embodiment, the brush head further comprises a main sleeve at least partially surrounding the drive shaft and on which is mounted the moving part, this main sleeve being adapted to be removably mounted on a handle housing an electric motor coupled to an output shaft specific to a coupling with the drive shaft. In a particular embodiment, the scrub head further comprises upper side brush elements and lower side brush members supported by the side walls of the support, as well as upper transverse brush elements and lower transverse brush elements supported by the transverse wall of the support. Indeed, these brush elements can be fixed permanently on the support, or can be removably or detachably attached to the support so that, in this second case with removable brush elements, it is possible to have a supply of the support without the brush elements mounted on it. The invention also relates to an electric toothbrush, comprising a handle housing an electric motor coupled to an output shaft, and a brushing head according to the invention, where the drive shaft of the oscillating device of the brush head is coupled, on the one hand, to the moving part to oscillate the movable part and the support and on the other hand to the output shaft, and where the oscillatory device is carried by a main sleeve removably mounted on an upper end of the handle. The invention also relates to a brushing kit comprising at least one brush element adapted to be fitted into a through window provided for the brushing head described above. According to one variant, the brushing kit comprises a plurality of brush elements adapted to be fitted into the through windows provided for the brushing head. According to one variant, the brushing kit comprises as many brush elements as there are through windows provided for the brushing head, each brush element being adapted for a dedicated window. According to one possibility, each element of brushes comprises a base provided with a peripheral periphery in which is provided at least one groove, or conversely at least one projecting tenon, so that each brush element can be fitted into a window by a cooperation a post in a groove. Advantageously, the bases of the brushing elements are rigid, for improved mechanical strength in the windows. According to one possibility, the brushing kit comprises at least one transverse brush element comprising a base having an upper face supporting an upper brush and a lower face, opposite to the upper face, and supporting a lower brush. Other features and advantages of the present invention will appear on reading the detailed description below, of an example of non-limiting implementation, with reference to the appended figures in which: FIG. front view of a toothbrush according to the invention, equipped with a brushing head according to the invention; - Figure 2 is a partial perspective view of the back of the toothbrush of Figure 1; Figure 3 is a partial side view of the toothbrush of Figures 1 and 2; - Figure 4 is a perspective view of the back and exploded of the brushing head of Figures 1 to 3, without the brush elements; - Figure 5 is a front perspective view and exploded of the brushing head of Figures 1 to 3, without the brush elements; FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the support of the brushing head of FIGS. 1 to 5, with a single lateral brush element situated opposite its reception window; - Figure 7 is a perspective view of back (left) and side (right) of a side brush element; FIGS. 8 and 9 are front and partial views of a user (only his mouth and a hand being illustrated) which holds a toothbrush according to the invention, at the beginning of the brushing at the time of the introduction of the support in the mouth before closure of the dental arches on the support (Figure 8) and after closure of the dental arches respectively in the lower and upper grooves of the support (Figure 9); FIGS. 10 and 11 are front and partial views of a user (the upper part of the body, the head and a complete arm being illustrated) which holds a toothbrush according to the invention, during the brushing of the incisors (FIG. 10) and while brushing the molars from the bottom left (Figure 11); and - Figure 12 is a side view of a user (the upper body, the head and a complete arm being illustrated) holding a toothbrush according to the invention, during the brushing of the incisors. With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, an electric toothbrush 1 according to the invention comprises a brushing head 2 and a handle 3 housing an electric motor (not shown) coupled to an output shaft (not illustrated) which protrudes from an upper end 30 of the handle 3; a switch 31 being provided on the handle 3 to allow the start / stop of the electric motor. The brushing head 2 mates mechanically on the upper end 30, in particular by clipping or snapping. The brushing head 2 comprises a support 4 made integrally and integrally in a flexible elastically deformable material, such as an elastomeric material. This support 4 has two parallel lateral walls 41 and a transverse wall 42 connecting at mid-height the two lateral walls 41 so that the lateral walls 41 and the transverse wall 42 delimit, on either side of the transverse wall 42, an upper groove 43 and a lower groove 44. Thus, the upper groove 43 and the lower groove 44 are opposite, insofar as the upper groove 43 is open on the top while the lower groove 44 is open on the bottom and where these two grooves 42, 43 are disposed of and other of the transverse wall 42 which separates them. The side walls 41 extend parallel to a plane (X, Z) defined by a longitudinal direction X and by a vertical direction Z orthogonal to the longitudinal direction X. The side walls 41 are substantially rectangular, with a length L in the direction longitudinal X and a height H in the vertical direction Z, where the length L is greater than the height H. By way of non-limiting example, the length L is between 3 and 7 centimeters, and the height H is between 2 and 5 centimeters. The upper groove 43 is delimited by the portions of the lateral walls 41 situated above the transverse wall 42 and also by the transverse wall 42 which forms the bottom, and the lower groove 44 is delimited by the parts of the lateral walls 41 situated in below the transverse wall 42 and by the transverse wall 42 which forms the bottom. Thus, the support 4 has a cross section in the general shape of "H", in a median plane PM parallel to a plane (Y, Z), where the transverse direction Y is orthogonal to both the longitudinal direction X and the vertical direction Z. This median plane PM also forms a first plane of symmetry of the support 4. The support 4 has a second symmetry with respect to a second plane of symmetry parallel to the plane (X, Z) and to the lateral walls 41, this second plane of symmetry intersecting the transverse wall 42. The support 4 finally has a third symmetry with respect to a third plane of symmetry parallel to the plane (X, Y) and orthogonal to the side walls 41, this third plane of symmetry being coplanar with the transverse wall 42. The side walls 41 are substantially parallel to the (X, Z) plane and are substantially flat, and the transverse wall 42 is orthogonal to the side walls 41 and is substantially planar, and thus the upper groove 43 and the lower groove 44 are straight grooves. , that is to say not arcuate or not curved, which extend parallel in directions of extension parallel to the longitudinal direction X. The side walls 41 have windows 411, 412, 413, 414 facing each other, that is to say that each window 411, 412, 413, 414 formed on a side wall 41 is facing - or in vis-à-vis - a window 411, 412, 413, 414 formed on the other side wall 41. Two windows vis-à-vis are aligned in a direction parallel to the transverse direction Y. Each window 411, 412, 413, 414 is through, that is to say forms a hole through the side wall 41 concerned in its thickness. Each side wall 41 has: - a central upper window 411 framed, in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction X, by two top corner windows 412 provided in the upper corners of the side wall 41, these windows 411, 412 opening into the upper groove 43; and - a central lower window 413 framed, in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction X, by two lower corner windows 414 provided in the lower corners of the side wall 41, these windows 413, 414 opening into the lower groove 44. On the right corner top window 412 and bottom corner window 413 are aligned in a direction parallel to the vertical direction Z, in the center the central upper window 411 and the central bottom window 413 are aligned in a direction parallel to the direction. vertical Z, and on the left the upper corner window 412 and the lower corner window 413 are aligned in a direction parallel to the vertical direction Z. The windows 411, 412 are provided at the top of the side walls 41 along their longitudinal upper edges, while the windows 413, 414 are provided at the bottom of the side walls 41 along their longitudinal lower edges. Each side wall 41 also has a mounting hole 415 crossing mid length (in the middle in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction X) and mid height (in the middle in a direction parallel to the vertical direction Z), so that the two mounting holes 415 are arranged facing each other, aligned in a direction parallel to the transverse direction Y. These mounting holes 415 are situated at the intersection of the first median plane of symmetry and the second median parallel plane of symmetry. These mounting holes 415 open into the thickness of the transverse wall 42. Each mounting hole 415 is framed, in a direction parallel to the vertical direction Z, by the upper central window 411 and the central lower window 413. Each side wall 41 also has two grooves 416 extending parallel to the vertical direction Z, these two grooves 416 extending on either side of the central upper window 411, the central lower window 413 and the orifice 415. These 416 bleeds are folding primers or lines of weakness (or lesser thickness) that contribute to a better flexibility of the support 4 to marry dental arches situation. These grooves 416 may be formed on the inside of the side walls 41, or on the outside of the side walls 41, or both on the inside and the outside of the side walls 41. The transverse wall 42 has three windows 421, 422, namely a central window 421 framed, in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction X, by two distal windows 422. The central window 421 extends between the two mounting holes 415, in a direction parallel to the transverse direction Y. The transverse wall 42 also has two slots 423 oblong and through, extending parallel to the transverse direction Y, and which are disposed on either side of the central window 421, between the central window 421 and the distal windows 422. These slots 423 will remain empty or unoccupied and will have the function of promoting the deformation of the side walls 41 which will follow the arcuate forms of the upper and lower dental arches. The brush head 2 also comprises brush elements 51, 52 which are supported by the support 4 and which extend inside the upper groove 43 and the lower groove 44 for the joint brushing of the upper teeth and the teeth. lower teeth. The brush elements 51, 52 comprise side brush elements 51 which are supported by the side walls 41, and transverse brush elements 52 which are supported by the transverse wall 42. The brush elements 51, 52 are mounted removable, so that they can be removed and replaced if necessary manually and without tools. The lateral brush elements 51 are nested in the windows 411, 412, 413, 414 provided in the side walls 41. In this respect, each lateral brush element 51 comprises a base 510 having an inner face 511 supporting a brush 512 composed of brushing bristles, an outer face 513 opposed to the inner face 511 and a peripheral periphery in which is provided a groove 514 on the entire periphery. The base 510 may be rigid, in particular being made of a thermoplastic material such as polypropylene. Each window 411, 412, 413, 414 has an internal edge in which is provided a projecting tenon on all its periphery, so that each lateral brush element 51 is fitted into a window 411, 412, 413, 414 by cooperation of the post in the groove 514 (or male / female cooperation), that is to say with the tenon engaged inside the groove 514 of the side brush element 51. With the elasticity or flexibility of each side wall 41, each side brush member 51 is forcibly mounted in the corresponding window 411, 412, 413, 414 until the post is engaged within the groove 514, thereby blocking the side brush member 51 in the window. Once the side brush element 51 is locked in its window, the brush 512 extends into the groove 43, 44 concerned, and the outer face 513 extends on the outside of the support 4. Thus, once the side brush elements 51 in place on the support 4, there are: - upper side brush elements 51 which are arranged vis-à-vis in the upper windows 411, 412 and which are provided for the joint brushing of the inner and outer faces of the upper teeth; and - lower side brush elements 51 which are arranged vis-a-vis in the lower windows 413, 414 and which are provided for the joint brushing of the inner and outer faces of the lower teeth. The transverse brush elements 52 are nested in the distal windows 422 provided in the transverse wall 42. As such, each transverse brush element 51 comprises a base 520 having an upper face supporting an upper brush 523 composed of brushing bristles, a lower face opposite to the upper face and supporting a lower brush 524 composed of brushing bristles and a circumferential periphery in which is provided a groove over the entire periphery. The base 520 may be rigid, in particular being made of a thermoplastic material such as polypropylene. Each distal window 422 has an internal edge in which is provided a projecting tenon over its entire periphery, so that each transverse brush element 52 is fitted into a distal window 422 by cooperation of the tenon in the groove (or male / female cooperation) that is with the tenon engaged inside the groove of the transverse brush element 52. With the elasticity or flexibility of the transverse wall 42, each transverse brush element 52 is mounted in force in the corresponding distal window 422 until the tenon is engaged within the groove, thereby blocking the transverse brush member 52 in the window. Once the crossbrush member 52 is locked in its window, the upper brush 523 extends into the upper groove 43 and the lower brush 524 extends into the lower groove 44. Thus, once the transverse brush elements 52 in place on the support 4, there are: - the upper brushes 523 which are provided for the joint brushing of the occlusal faces of the upper teeth; and - the lower brushes 524 which are provided for the joint brushing of the occlusal faces of the lower teeth. The brushing head 2 further comprises an oscillating device 6 capable of imparting an oscillatory movement to the support 4, and in particular an oscillatory movement back and forth in a direction parallel to the transverse direction Y, where this oscillatory device 6 is carried by a main sleeve 10 adapted to be removably mounted on the upper end 30 of the handle 3. This oscillatory device 6 comprises: - a rigid moving part 7 on which the support 4 is mounted; - a drive shaft 8 coupled to the moving part 7 for oscillatingly driving the moving part 7 and the support 4; and a housing 9. The movable piece 7 is an oblong piece extending in a longitudinal direction parallel to the transverse direction Y and included in the median plane PM (or first plane of symmetry) of the support 4 and has a mounting portion 70 which passes through the support 4 and which is nested in the two mounting holes 415 arranged opposite each other in the two lateral walls 41. The mounting portion 70 has: - two opposite end portions 701 forming protuberances which are nested in the respective mounting holes 415; between the two end portions 701 (thus between the two mounting holes 415 in situ), a central portion 702 extending inside the central window 421 provided in the transverse wall 42. The central portion 702 thus has an upper face 703 facing the upper groove 43 and a lower face 704 facing the lower groove 44. The upper face 703 supports a brush (not shown in Figure 4 where only the mounting holes of the bristles brushes are visible on this upper face 703), and likewise the lower face 704 supports a brush (not shown in Figure 5 where only the mounting holes of the brush bristles are visible on the lower face 704). With the elasticity or flexibility of each side wall 41, the mounting portion 70 is force-fitted into the two mounting holes 415 until the end portions 701 are locked into these mounting holes 415. The moving part 7 has, in the extension of one of the end portions 701 of the mounting portion 70, a coupling portion 71 in which is provided an oblong slot 710 extending in a direction parallel to the direction This coupling part 71 also has, on either side of the oblong slot 710, two guiding fingers 711 extending in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction X. The moving part 7 is made in one piece in a rigid material, such as a metal or plastic material. The drive shaft 8 is rotatable about an axis of rotation parallel to the vertical direction Z and included in the median plane PM of the support 4, that is to say that drive shaft 8 has a longitudinal direction parallel to the vertical direction Z and included in the median plane PM of the support 4. Thus, the axis of rotation of the drive shaft 8 and the longitudinal direction of the moving part 7 are perpendicular. This drive shaft 8 has a lower end 80 adapted to be coupled to the output shaft protruding from the upper end 30 of the handle 3. The drive shaft 8 has an upper end 81 provided with a cam eccentric 82, that is to say eccentric with respect to the axis of rotation. This eccentric cam 82 is engaged in the oblong slot 710 of the coupling part 71 of the moving part 7, so that a rotation of the drive shaft 8 is converted into an oscillation of va-and- comes, in a direction parallel to the transverse direction Y, of the moving part 7 and thus of the support 4. The casing 9 encases internally the coupling part 71 of the movable part 7 and a portion of the drive shaft 8 which passes through this casing 9. This housing 9 comprises two half-shells 91, 92 rigid which are fixed to one another, for example by snapping or gluing or welding, including an upper half-shell 91 and a lower half-shell 92. The upper half-shell 91 covers over the coupling portion 71 of the moving part 7 and thus forms a solid cover. The lower half-shell 92 is in turn traversed by the drive shaft 8, and for this purpose has a central passage for this drive shaft 8. The lower half-shell 92 has a cylindrical end piece 94, traversed by the drive shaft 8, and which is provided with a fastening element for attachment to the main sleeve 10. In the illustrated example, the cylindrical end 94 is provided with a snap-fastening element, with notched flexible tabs adapted to snap onto the main sleeve 10. The two half-shells 91, 92 have on their contiguous edges semi-cylindrical notches so that, once the half-shells 91, 92 assembled, the housing 9 has two guide holes 93 in which are inserted the guide fingers 711, so that these guide fingers 711 are slidably guided in these guide holes 93. The main sleeve 10 includes a lower end 101 adapted to be releasably (or detachably) attached to the upper end 30 of the handle 3, for example with snap fastening or quarter-turn fastening. The main sleeve 10 also comprises an upper end 102 on which is fixed the cylindrical end 94 of the housing 9. The main sleeve 10 surrounds the upper portion of the output shaft protruding from the upper end 30 of the handle 3, as well as the lower portion of the drive shaft 8 protruding from the cylindrical end 94. The handle 3 extends parallel to the drive shaft 8 (and therefore parallel to the vertical direction Z) so that the handle 3 is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the movable part 7. The following description relates to the use of the toothbrush 1, with reference to FIGS. 8 to 12. As illustrated in FIG. 8, before brushing, the user opens the mouth to insert the support 4 inside the mouth, more or less in the center, so as to place the lower and upper incisors, and possibly the lower canines. and higher along the length L of the support 4, in front of the lower and upper grooves of the support 4. As illustrated in FIG. 9, the user then closes the mouth to place the lower and upper incisors, and possibly the upper and lower canines, inside the lower and upper grooves of the support 4. Thus, at the beginning of the brushing ( and during all the brushing), the longitudinal direction of the moving part 7 is substantially horizontal (provided that the user keeps himself upright). As can be seen in FIGS. 10 and 12, at the beginning of brushing, the handle 3 is close to the vertical (because perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the moving part 7), all being included in the plane of symmetry of the face, which makes it possible to to limit pronation of the forearm which could lead to pathologies of shoulder conflict. Indeed, thanks to this holding which is possible with the brushing head 2 according to the invention, the forearm is placed in prono-supination, so that the capsular tension of the shoulder is limited and the shoulder conflict is thus avoided, thus offering an ergonomic fit. Then, and as shown in FIG. 11, the user will go right to the right molars then return to the left until the left molars, without having to remove the support 4 from the mouth during the entire brushing and just by sliding the support 4 on the lower and upper dental arches closed on the support 4 which has only to be guided by the user, who continues to hold the handle 3 close to the vertical. Of course the implementation example mentioned above is not limiting and other improvements and details can be made to the brush head according to the invention, without departing from the scope of the invention where Other oscillatory devices or other mechanisms capable of imparting oscillatory motion to the support may for example be made. By way of an alternative example, the movable part 7 and the drive shaft 8 can be coupled by being collinear, or at least parallel, so that the handle 3 will be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the moving part 7. In such a conformation, the handle 3 will be close to the horizontal while being included in the plane of symmetry of the face at the beginning of the brushing (a bit like a cigar held in the mouth), which again provides an outfit ergonomic toothbrush.
